Spent a Xmas break in this Resort and was pleasantly surprised. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great, close to skiing facilities and had nice views. We really enjoyed the food, especially the breakfast was great. Loved the ski lockers, a convenient extra. We also appreciated the resort's attention to cleanliness.
The main relaxation spa area was very busy during our stay. It felt very cramped and there were not enough loungers for everyone.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the friendly staff to the cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and there was a variety of options. The location was perfect, near the town centre and also close to the ski bus stop. We also liked that there was free parking available for us.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The hotel's location near the ski bus stop was convenient for us budget travellers. We appreciated being able to explore the town centre, only a short walk away, and its amenities. Our room was spacious, but the bathroom needed updating. the breakfast was good, but the service was slow. the view was good from the lounge area, but we couldn't enjoy any of the other facilities due to overcrowding and long queues.
The staff seemed unprofessional, and we experienced poor service at the restaurant and bar.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the level of service and the luxurious amenities. The location was perfect, with a ski bus stop nearby and easy access to the town center. The hotel offered a wide range of services, including dry cleaning, housekeeping, and shops/commercial services. We were also delighted to find a spa and wellness center on-site, with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and massage services. The views from the rooftop pool were absolutely stunning!
We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The breakfast was abundant and fresh. the bed was very big and comfortable. the location was good, close to the company offices. It was easy to reach by car. the view from the room was great. the Wi-Fi was speedy and free.
The interior design of the room was dated and there were some signs of wear and tear. the air conditioning was outdated and loud.

Outstanding hotel, exceeded expectations. Clean wellness area, stunning infinity pool and jacuzzi. Incredible view, could live there forever. Top-level service, friendly staff. Comfy lounge area, delicious cocktails. Free parking, incredible breakfast. Highly recommended, can't wait to return.
